Your clinic can put a document in your space. The medical file itself stays with the clinic. Here is what you have and how to ask for the rest.
Your space brings together your appointments, your family members, your notification preferences and the documents your clinics have chosen to give you. You will find them under « My documents ».
What you see there is what the clinic decided to give you, document by document. The complete medical file stays the one the clinic keeps in your name: anything not in your space is asked of them.
A medical file is covered by medical confidentiality. The clinic that saw you is responsible for it, it alone writes in it and it alone decides who reads it, including what it gives you. noresia does not copy that file into your space, and no clinic sees the file another clinic keeps.
This separation is deliberate. It guarantees that an appointment booked elsewhere opens your history to nobody.
Contact the clinic that saw you
Its number and address are on its page. You will also find them in the details of the appointment concerned.
Say which document you are looking for
A visit date and the practitioner's name are enough to find the right line in your file.
Collect the copy
The clinic hands the document to you directly. The turnaround and the format are its decision.
Your space keeps a record of your appointments: the clinic, the practitioner, the service, the date and the state of the appointment. That list is what helps you name the right clinic and the right date when you ask for a document.
To learn which information noresia holds and which rights you can exercise, read the guide on your health data.
