Last updated : 8 June 2026

Draft — this document is provided for guidance only and must be validated with legal counsel before publication.

1. Purpose

These terms of use define how the Noresia platform — an online service connecting patients with health clinics in Algeria — may be accessed and used.

By accessing the platform or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms without reservation.

2. Access to the service

The platform is free for patients to search clinics, view listings and access booking links.

Noresia endeavours to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons.

3. Patient and clinic accounts

Creating an account requires accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

Clinic accounts are subject to validation at registration. Noresia reserves the right to refuse or suspend an account in case of inaccurate information or non-compliant use.

4. Bookings

The platform facilitates the connection between patients and clinics. Booking an appointment takes place on the clinic's site or through the booking system of the relevant clinic.

Availability, pricing and appointment conditions are the responsibility of each clinic. Noresia is not a party to the care contract concluded between the patient and the clinic.

5. Responsibilities

Noresia acts as a technical intermediary and performs no medical activity. Information published by clinics is their sole responsibility.

Noresia cannot be held liable for the acts, diagnoses, treatments or services provided by the clinics listed on the platform.

6. Intellectual property

The Noresia brand, logo, interface, editorial content and platform code are protected and remain the exclusive property of their holder.

Any unauthorised reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited and may engage the liability of its author.

7. Termination

You may stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time.

Noresia may terminate or suspend access in case of breach of these terms, in compliance with applicable regulations.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Algerian law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the Algerian courts, failing an amicable resolution.
