Art.01

The service

Noresia is a medical appointment platform: it connects individuals with verified clinics in Algeria, shows the availability the clinics themselves keep, and passes appointment requests on.

Noresia is not a health facility and gives no medical advice. The care relationship belongs to the clinic and its team alone.

Art.02

Booking as an individual

Booking uses a free account: a verified email address, a password, and an accurate name and phone number, which the clinic uses to confirm your appointment and to reach you.

You undertake to attend your appointments or to cancel them as early as you can.

Art.03

The appointment and its confirmation

A booked time is a request sent to the clinic; it becomes an appointment when the clinic itself confirms it. If that is not possible, the clinic tells you.

Repeated cancellations and absences can lead to booking being put on hold for a while, in the interest of the clinics and of everyone else.

Opening hours, services and prices shown on a clinic page are declared by that clinic, which is responsible for them.

Art.04

Your health space

Your health space is free and comes with your account. It gathers your appointments and the family members attached to your account. Your reports and prescriptions stay in the record the clinic keeps in your name. Keeping your access private is your responsibility.

Art.05

For clinics

A clinic's subscription is governed by the Pro plan terms: a 30-day trial with no bank card, monthly billing in dinars based on practitioner and assistant seats, and cancellation at any time.

The clinic stays in charge of its data and of how it works. It guarantees the accuracy of the information published on its page and the respect of its professional and legal obligations, medical confidentiality among them.

Art.06

Responsibilities

Noresia does everything it can for a service that is available and faithful to the clinics' diaries, without being able to guarantee no interruption at all. The state of the service is published on the Status page.

Noresia provides the booking tool; the medical act and its quality belong to the clinic and its practitioner. We never stand in for the care relationship.
