1. Data collected

We collect the data you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone) and when using the platform (searches, clinics viewed, booking links followed).

We also collect technical connection data (device type, browser, IP address) for security and audience-measurement purposes.

2. Purposes

Your data is used to provide the service, connect you with clinics, secure the platform, improve the experience and, where applicable, send you communications you have consented to.

3. Legal basis

Depending on the case, processing relies on performing the service you request, your consent, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in securing and improving the platform.

4. Sharing with clinics

When you start a booking, the necessary information is transmitted to the relevant clinic to process your request.

Each clinic is responsible for processing the data it receives within the care relationship. We do not sell your data.

5. Security and per-clinic isolation

Each clinic's data is isolated: a clinic never accesses another clinic's data. This separation is enforced at the core of the platform.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

6. Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then delete or anonymise it, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Rights of individuals

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection over your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact us via the details provided below.

8. Contact (DPO)

For any question regarding the protection of your data, you can contact our data protection officer via the platform's contact page.
