01How do I register my clinic?

From the Launch my clinic page. A 30-day trial with no bank card, and our team puts your clinic online.

02What does the subscription include?

Booking, the schedule, the team and opening hours, the public page and the online space. One Pro plan, billed on your team's real size.

03Can I keep working the way I do now?

Yes. Front-desk entry and the online schedule live side by side, with no double entry: you are adding the online channel to your organisation.

04Do I need an account to book?

Yes: a free account, verified by email. It keeps your appointments and lets you come back easily.

05Are the times shown really available?

Yes. Every time comes straight from the clinic's schedule. What you see is genuinely open.

06How is my appointment confirmed?

The clinic confirms your request from its schedule, and the confirmation reaches you by email.

07Can I cancel or move an appointment?

Cancelling online is possible before the deadline the clinic sets, and that deadline is shown on the appointment itself. A cancellation counts the same as not attending in your account's record: after several, online booking is paused. Your space shows that count at any time. To move an appointment, ask the clinic: they will offer you another time.

08What does it cost me?

Nothing. noresia is entirely free for whoever books: it is the clinics that subscribe to the service.

10Who sees my medical information?

Only the clinic that sees you, inside its own sealed compartment. Nothing travels from one clinic to another.
