Your name, email, phone number and language are edited from the « Profile » tab. Keep the number current above all: it is the one the clinic calls.
Your contact details live in one place: the « Your details » section of the « Profile » tab. That is where you correct your name, your email address, your phone number and the language noted on your account. The rest of the page belongs to security and has its own guide.
Once you are signed in to your space, open the « Profile » tab. The page reads in three sections, announced by the « Register · 3 sections » index set beside it: « Your details » comes first, then « Security » and « Two-factor authentication ».
« Your details » opens already filled with what your account holds today. You correct what has changed, nothing more.
| The field | What it does |
|---|---|
| « First name » and « Last name » | The name that travels with your bookings and that the clinic reads on its screen |
| « Email » | Your sign-in identifier and the only address noresia writes to |
| « Phone » | The number the clinic calls you on |
| « Language » | The language noted on your account |
The « Email » field carries a badge that reads « Verified » or « Not verified ». It reminds you where the saved address stands today.
The « Language » field notes your preference on your account. The language you read the site in follows the language switch set at the bottom of your space.
Correct the fields concerned
Type straight into the field. Nothing is kept until you publish: leaving the page drops what you typed.
Press « Publish »
The button closes the operation, at the foot of the section.
Read the confirmation
The message « Profile saved. » tells you your account now holds the new values.
This is the field to watch. noresia never sends you an SMS: this number exists for the clinic alone, which calls you about an appointment, a time that moved or a document to bring along. A booking always travels with the number saved here, because no screen asks you for another one at booking time.
The field expects an Algerian number, meaning 9 digits after the +213 prefix the field already holds for you. If one is missing, a line under the field reminds you of that count of digits and « Publish » saves nothing.
A number already present on another account blocks nothing: the number is not verified, a family may share one, an old number may have been reassigned. Your verified email address is what identifies your account, never the phone.
The email address is your sign-in identifier, so it never saves silently.
When you edit it, « Publish » first opens the « Confirm the sensitive changes » window, which sets the old value under the « Current » label and the new one under the « New » label. The « Confirm and publish » button carries the change through, « Cancel » brings you back to the form without touching anything. The confirmation then becomes « Profile saved. Confirm your new email address. »
What follows happens in your mailbox and is described in verifying your email address. If the address you entered already belongs to another account, the line « This email address is already used by another account. » appears and your current address stays in place.
