Your health space gathers your appointments from every clinic. Here is where to find them, how to filter them, and what each state says.
Your appointments all sit in one place, whichever clinic is seeing you. Your health space gives you two readings of them: Home shows what is ahead of you, and Appointments shows the whole history and carries the search, the filters and the sort.
The home of your health space shows only what is still ahead. The title announces how many appointments are waiting for you, and the Upcoming appointments section lists them from the soonest to the furthest away. No past visit appears there.
Appointments, in the menu of your health space, shows everything: what is coming, what you attended, what you cancelled and what expired, across all your clinics at once. That is the page to open when you are looking for an older visit.
Both pages open on the same Account standing band. It puts your counters next to their limits: Times held, Times abandoned, Cancellations · absences, and Active appointments against the maximum of 12. The guide on absences and limits explains each of those counters.
As soon as a visit is waiting for you, Appointments opens on a Next appointment card. It carries the clinic, the service, the day and time, the duration and the current state. Facing the title, the page says today, tomorrow, or in how many days the visit falls.
One line there recalls that clinic's rule: how many hours before the appointment time cancelling online stays possible. This deadline belongs to each clinic and is not the same everywhere. The guide on cancelling an appointment covers what happens once it has passed.
Every row carries a tag that says where the appointment stands. These are the only words used, on the row and in the Status menu of the filter bar.
| State | What it says |
|---|---|
| Awaiting confirmation | The clinic has your request. The time is held in your name, and its answer is still to come. |
| Confirmed | The clinic said yes. The appointment stands on the date shown. |
| Attended | The visit took place and the clinic recorded it. Your cancellation and absence counter goes back to zero. |
| Did not attend | The clinic recorded that the visit did not take place. This row counts as an absence. |
| Cancelled | The appointment was cancelled, by you or by the clinic. |
| Expired | The appointment time passed without the clinic answering your request. |
| Conflict | The clinic changed its hours or its catalogue, and the booked time no longer stands as it was. |
The Status menu offers the first six states, plus All statuses. Conflict is not among them: the clinic settles it on its own side, by moving the appointment, keeping it or cancelling it, and a notification tells you what was decided. Meanwhile the row stays among your upcoming appointments, it keeps its hour, and you can cancel it yourself without it counting toward your counter.
Expired says one thing: the clinic did not answer your request before the planned time. The time is released, a notification tells you so, and nothing stops you from booking again straight away, at the same clinic or at another one.
This state enters neither your cancellations nor your absences. It brings you no closer to a temporary pause on your bookings, and the Cancellations · absences counter in the band does not move. The guide on the appointment confirmation covers the wait that comes before.
Search by clinic name
The Clinic field filters the list as you type, with no page reload. It looks at the clinic name alone: the name of a practitioner or of a service brings back no row.
Choose a state
The Status menu narrows the list to a single state. All statuses opens it back in full.
Change the order
The Sort menu offers Most recent first, which is the default order, and Oldest first.
Go back to the full list
As soon as a filter is active, the Reset button appears in the bar. It empties the three fields in one gesture.
A line under the bar announces the result: the number of appointments shown, followed by the total whenever a filter is active. Your view is kept in the page address, so a reload, a step back or a link you reopen later all hand you exactly the same list.
The list splits into two sections, each followed by its number of appointments. Upcoming gathers the appointments whose time has not yet come and whose state is Awaiting confirmation or Confirmed. Past gathers everything else.
An appointment you cancelled for next week therefore sits under Past, even though its date has not arrived: there is nothing left to prepare for. That rule is what explains why your home and this section do not always count the same thing.
The list shows six appointments per page. Beyond that, the pagination under the list moves you page by page, and changing any filter brings you back to the first page.
A row in the Upcoming section carries two actions. Directions opens the route to the clinic in your maps application, when the clinic has published its position. Cancel opens the cancellation window. Once the online cancellation deadline has passed, that same button opens the window on the clinic's phone number, so that you can call the team.
A row in the Past section carries a single action: Book again, which takes you back to that clinic's booking page. No button moves a visit from this list, and the guide on moving an appointment explains the way to do it.
A booking made for a family member appears in this same list. The row names the clinic, the service, the day and the time, it does not name the family member concerned. Your registered relatives are managed on their own page: read managing your relatives and booking for a relative.
