What a clinic's page shows you: its hours, its specialties, its services with their prices, its location, and the way from there to a booking.
Every clinic published on noresia has its own page. You reach it from the directory, from a search, or from a link the clinic sent you. The page gathers what you need before you travel: who sees you, when, for which service, at what price and at which address.
At the top stands the clinic's identity: its logo or its initials, its name, its city, its street address and its first specialty. Below it, the body of the page runs through the registers in the order the questions arrive: "The clinic", "Services", "Add-ons", "Practitioners" and "Location". To one side, a panel holds the hours, the ways to reach the clinic and the "Book an appointment" button.
The text under "The clinic" is the one the clinic wrote itself. When it has not written that text in your language, it appears in the language it was actually written in rather than roughly translated.
On a phone, that side panel reads after the registers, and a quiet bar brings the "Book an appointment" button back under your thumb as soon as the panel has scrolled away.

At the head of the booking panel, a pill announces "Open now" or "Closed now". It is worked out at the moment the page renders, on the clinic's own time. Just under it, "See the week's hours" opens the detail day by day, with the opening time, the closing time, and the word "Closed" on days with no opening.
When the clinic has not filled in its hours yet, the pill does not appear at all. No invented line takes its place.
Under the clinic's name, a line announces its first specialty, followed by " · +2" when there are others. The whole line opens on one tap onto the complete list. The same pattern repeats beside each practitioner, with their own specialties.
These labels come from the noresia catalog, not from the clinic's free text. They are therefore written in your language and they compare from one page to the next. To explore the other way round, start from a city or a specialty: see browsing by city or specialty.
The "Services" register lists what the clinic offers, grouped by specialty. Each line carries up to three pieces of information.
| What you read | What it means |
|---|---|
| The name of the service | The wording the clinic wrote, in its own words |
| A duration in minutes | The time the clinic sets aside in its schedule for that act |
| An amount followed by DZD | The fee the clinic chose to publish on its page |
When a line shows no amount, this is not a lost value: the clinic chose not to publish that fee. Ask for it at reception before you come.
The "Add-ons" register follows the same shape for acts that are added to a service. The duration there is preceded by a "+", or replaced by "No extra time" when the act does not lengthen the appointment. The price carries the same "+", and becomes "Included" when the add-on costs nothing.
The "Practitioners" register names every practitioner at the clinic, their specialties and their next availability. The facing column always says one of these four things:
Tapping a time opens a confirmation. On confirming, that exact time is held for you for 7 minutes, while you finish booking, and you arrive straight in the booking journey. You can keep 3 held times at most, and a fourth request is refused with its reason shown. See the time held for you and absences and limits.
The "Location" register places the clinic on a map. Two links come with it: "Directions", which opens guidance to the clinic in your maps application, and a link that opens the same spot in Google Maps. "Directions" appears only when the clinic has supplied its exact coordinates.
When the clinic has given a written address alone, the map looks for the point from that address. If it cannot find it, a plain panel says so and the links stay usable. The address printed at the top of the page remains the reference to trust.
Find the service that concerns you
Look for it in the "Services" register, then see which practitioner carries the same specialty. The stated duration tells you how much time to allow on site.
Open the booking
Tap "Book an appointment" in the panel, or tap a practitioner's time directly to start from that exact hour.
Choose the service, the practitioner and the time
The booking journey reads the schedule live. The times it offers are the ones still free at the moment you choose.
Finish with your account
A booking is completed with an account whose email address is confirmed. If you do not have one yet, create your account: your held time waits for you meanwhile.
The whole journey is described in booking an appointment, and what follows it in the appointment confirmation.
A clinic appears in the directory only after a check by our team: trade register, practitioners and address are examined before it goes live. That check is what the home page sums up as "verified clinics". So there is no badge to look for on one page in particular: every clinic you can read has passed the same check.
What that check does not say deserves to be just as clear:
