The Service status page says whether booking, your space and notifications are working, and keeps a record of recent incidents.
When something does not go through and you cannot tell where the block is, the Service status page answers one question: is noresia working right now? The page is public and opens without signing in, from the Service status link in the footer. The current state is also shown at the foot of the page next to a coloured dot, and in the menu on a narrow screen.
The page follows four surfaces, one line each.
| Surface | What the line covers |
|---|---|
| Online booking | Finding clinics and making appointments |
| Your space | Signing in and following your appointments |
| Clinic space | The schedule, the team and administration at the clinic |
| Notifications | Confirmations and reminders |
A sentence at the top sums the whole board up. It cannot contradict the table: as soon as one line is not Operational, it names the surfaces affected. The date of the last change appears just below it, under the words Last updated.

Below the table the page keeps a register, newest first, up to 12 entries. Each entry carries the start date and time, its title, what happened, and its state: Resolved with the time it took, or In progress while the work continues. When there is nothing to report, the page says so plainly instead of leaving a blank.
Open it when an action fails twice in a row: a booking that will not finish, a confirmation that does not arrive, a sign-in that does not go through.

The link sits in the footer of every public page. Nothing is asked of you to read it.
Read the line for the surface concerned
A booking that stalls is read on the Online booking line. A message that never arrives is read on the Notifications line, and your notification preferences explain the rest.
Try again later, or tell us about it
While a surface is Degraded or Interrupted, the same action may well fail again. When the page lists no incident and the problem continues, it offers you a link to report it.
The table speaks about the platform, never about one clinic. Opening hours, a closure or a practitioner's absence are read on the clinic's page, not here. The state of your own appointments is read in your space, on the guide about following your appointments.
