The noresia account is free and is created on the sign-in page, with an email address and a password. Here is every step.
Booking an appointment on noresia requires an account. It is free, it takes a few minutes to create with an email address and a password, and it then gathers your appointments, your family members and your notification preferences in one place.
Signing in and creating an account share the same screen. At the top of the panel, the “Access” section asks the question and offers two choices: “Sign in” and “Create an account”. The first is selected for you, because it is the more frequent case.
Choose “Create an account” and the panel changes shape. Instead of two fields, a form moves through four steps: your access, who you are, your credentials, your consent. You can switch back to “Sign in” at any moment, and the email address you already typed follows you from one mode to the other.
Open the sign-in page
You reach it from the “Sign in” button on the site. From a booking already under way, the “Sign in or create an account” button takes you there and remembers the page you are leaving.
Choose Create an account
The choice sits right at the top of the panel, in the “Access” section. The creation form takes the place of the sign-in form.
Fill in who you are
First name, last name, date of birth and phone. The number expected is an Algerian one: it is what lets your clinic find your record on its side.
Choose your credentials
An email address you genuinely read, and a password of at least 12 characters. A gauge follows the length as you type.
Accept, then submit
Tick the consent line, which points to the terms of use and the privacy policy, then press “Create my account”.

Your name, your phone number and your email address stay editable afterwards from updating your profile.
The form does not accept temporary addresses, the ones some sites hand out to receive a single message and then disappear. It also refuses a domain that cannot receive any mail at all.
The reason fits in one sentence: your address is the written channel between you, your clinic and noresia. The activation link goes there, so does the appointment confirmation, so does the reminder the day before, and so does the message telling you the clinic has moved your time. An address that expires in ten minutes leaves you without news on the day the news matters.
So use the address you open every day. If the form asks you for a different address, it is not your typing that is at issue: it is the chosen domain that offers no way to reach you.
Before the form is sent, a quick check may appear inside the panel. It tells a person apart from an automated program and usually asks nothing of you: it finishes on its own in a second or two.
If the form asks you to start again, let that check run to its end before pressing “Create my account” once more. Each send uses one up, and a check left half done stops the send.
You can search for a clinic, open its page and look at the available times without an account: see searching for a clinic and reading a clinic page. The last step is the one that requires an account. At the moment of confirming, the booking screen shows “Sign in to book.” and the “Sign in or create an account” button.
That button remembers the page you are leaving, and the verification link you open afterwards puts you back exactly there, on the booking you had started. The full sequence is described in booking an appointment.
This page never says whether an address already has an account. That is deliberate: otherwise anyone could try addresses one by one to learn who is registered with noresia.
So the message shown at the end is the same in both cases. The difference is in the mail you receive: if the address was already registered, it carries no activation link, it reminds you that the account exists and invites you to sign in, or to ask for a new password. Once your account is active, add a verification code to your sign-in from protecting your account, and attach the people you book for from managing your family members.
