Sign in with your account's email address and your password, then with a verification code if your account asks for one.
Your space brings together your appointments, your family members and your notifications. One door leads to it: the sign-in page, with your account's email address and your password. If you do not have an account yet, start by creating your account instead.
In the site menu, open "Sign in". The page starts with the "Your access" choice, two cards side by side: "Sign in" and "Create an account". Leave "Sign in" selected, it is already the default choice.

When you arrive from a booking you started on a clinic page, signing in takes you back to that booking as soon as it is done. In every other case it leaves you on the home of your space.
If you are already signed in on this device, the page does not appear at all: you go straight into your space.
Enter your email address
The "Email" field expects your account's exact address, the one that received the confirmation message when the account was created. Upper case and lower case make no difference.
Enter your password
The "Password" field hides what you type. The eye button at the end of the field shows it while you read it back. The "Forgotten password" link sits next to the field and opens the page that sends you a reset link.
Let the quick check finish
Below the fields, just above the button, a quick check tells a person apart from an automated program. It runs on its own most of the time and asks you for nothing. Wait for it to finish before you send.
Send with Sign in
The "Sign in" button closes the step. While it sends, it keeps its name and shows its waiting indicator: there is no need to click a second time.
If you turned on two-factor authentication from your profile, the password is not enough: a second step opens, headed "Verification", with a "Verification code" field.
That code comes from the authenticator app installed on your phone, the one that scanned the QR code when you turned the step on: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or another of the same kind. It is 6 digits long and it renews every 30 seconds.
Past the 5 tries or the 5 minutes, the step closes and the sign-in resumes at the password.
To turn this step on, remove it or switch to another app, read protecting your account.
| What the page shows | What it means | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| The address and the password do not go together | No account answers to that pair | Check the address, then try again or ask for a new password |
| Too many attempts, try again later | After 10 unsuccessful tries on the same address within an hour, sign-in is paused | Wait, or go through "Forgotten password" which stays open |
| Too many tries on the code | The 5 tries of the verification step are used up | Start again from "Sign in" |
| The quick check does not go through | The check could not finish on this device | Reload the page, then send the form again |
| The account is suspended | Access was closed by noresia | Write to support from the contact page |
If the password really escapes you, follow forgotten password.
As long as your email address is not confirmed, your space stays closed: the confirmation page opens instead of the home, and you can ask for a new link there. The detail is in verifying your email address.
Once the address is confirmed, you land on the home of your space: your upcoming appointments, your family members and your notifications. From there you can follow your appointments or book an appointment.
The sign-in stays open on this device until you close it yourself. To see the connected devices and sign them out, read managing your sessions. Changing your password signs out every other device as well, as changing your password explains.
