The whole journey, from the service you pick to the appointment confirmed. Here is every screen and what it asks of you.
Booking happens on a single page, the one belonging to the clinic you chose. It moves forward in short questions: the service, the practitioner, the time, the person concerned, then the confirmation. You can step back whenever you like, and nothing is booked until you press "Confirm the appointment".
You reach this page through the "Book an appointment" button, from the clinic page, from the directory or from a search. The title at the top carries the clinic's name: that is your first check, you are booking where you meant to. To get that far, read search for a clinic and read a clinic page.
The whole journey can be browsed without an account: the service, the practitioner, the calendar and the times are open to everyone. It is the last step that asks for a noresia account with a confirmed email address. That account is free, and the screen offers to create it at the right moment, without making you start over.
Two sentences replace the journey when online booking is not open. "This clinic does not take online bookings yet." means the clinic has not switched the service on. "Online booking is not set up for this clinic yet." means no practitioner has published opening hours, or no service is offered yet. In both cases the clinic's number is on its page. The subject is covered in follow the state of the service.
Open the booking page
The "Book an appointment" button on the clinic page takes you there. A counter announces your position, for example "Step 3 of 5 · Time", and a register on the side recalls the steps still ahead.
Choose the service
The screen asks what you would like to book. Each row carries the name of the service, its duration and its price when the clinic publishes prices.
Choose the practitioner
This step appears only when more than one practitioner is there to show for that service. When a single one performs it, you land straight on their calendar.
Choose the day
A calendar opens on three months. Days carrying at least one free time are active, the others stay grey. The first open day is already picked for you.
Choose the hour
The hours of the chosen day appear under the calendar, split between "Morning" and "Afternoon". Press the one that suits you.
Sign in or create an account
If you are not signed in yet, the journey stops here and keeps your choice while you sign in. You then resume where you left off.
Say who the appointment is for
This step appears only when family members are attached to your account. Otherwise the appointment is recorded in your name.
Read it back, then confirm
The summary repeats the service, the time, the practitioner, the person concerned and the price. Tick the consent line, then press "Confirm the appointment".
The counter counts only the steps that actually concern you. The register shows "Service", "Time" and "Confirmation" for everyone. It adds "Practitioner" when the clinic has several practitioners, and "Who for" when family members are attached to your account.
Services are grouped by specialty, each block carrying the name of its specialty at the top. That separates two consultations that share a name but do not belong to the same specialty.
Image markers
Each row states the duration in minutes and the price in dinars when the clinic publishes prices. A clinic that keeps its prices off its public pages leaves the row without an amount, and the final summary will show no more than that.
A second block, headed "Add-ons", gathers the acts that come on top of a consultation. It appears only when the clinic offers at least one of them.
Only services that at least one practitioner with published hours actually performs are shown. A service nobody can take right now is not offered at all: that is deliberate, it spares you choosing a row that would open no time.
The screen asks which practitioner you want. It appears only when the service has more than one practitioner to show. When a single practitioner in the clinic performs it, the step is skipped and you land straight on their calendar.
Practitioners who have not published their hours yet stay visible in the list, under the words "Online booking is not available right now". Their row cannot be selected. The list stays faithful to the clinic's real team that way, instead of shrinking in silence.
When at least two practitioners perform the service, a row is added at the head of the list: "First available time", subtitled "The earliest free practitioner is assigned to you". It pools the calendars of the whole team into one.
Choose it when the hour matters more than the person. The next screen then shows the note "Times across the whole team, the practitioner is assigned automatically.", and the hour you keep is what decides the practitioner. Their name appears in the summary, before you confirm anything at all.
The time question opens a calendar over three months, with the week starting on Monday. Two arrows move through the months inside that window. A day carrying at least one free time is active, a grey day is closed or full. The first open day is picked in advance, so that hours show up straight away.
Under the calendar, the chosen day announces how many free times it holds, then the hours themselves, split between "Morning" and "Afternoon". The hours are the clinic's own: if you read the page from another time zone, the hour shown is still the hour you are expected on site.
If the service opens no time inside that window, the calendar stays on screen and a sentence says so right underneath: "No online time in the next three months." The "Choose another service" button takes you back to the first screen, because another service often opens other times.
If you arrived by pressing an hour offered on the clinic page, a banner names that time, the practitioner concerned and a countdown. The time is held for you for 7 minutes. The "Release" button hands it back at once with no consequence for you, and choosing another hour moves the hold onto the new one. It is all covered in the time held for you.
This step appears only when family members are attached to your account, and only once you are signed in. It asks who the appointment is for, offering your own name first, then each of your family members.
With nobody attached, the question never comes up: the appointment goes in your name. To attach a child or a parent, read manage your family members, then book for a family member for the full journey.
As soon as you keep an hour without being signed in, the journey stops and announces "Sign in to book." Under the title, a reminder of what you have just chosen: the service, the time, the price and the practitioner. The "Sign in or create an account" button takes you to the access page and holds on to the booking you started.
If you are signed in but your email address is not confirmed yet, the title becomes "Confirm your email address." and the "Confirm my email" button takes you to the page that sends the link again. The steps are described in confirm your email address.
Your selection is kept for 30 minutes during that trip. On your way back you resume at the summary, or at the family question when your account has family members. For the sign-up itself, read create your account and sign in.
"Here is the appointment to confirm." opens the last screen. A card headed "Summary" repeats, line by line, the service and its duration, the time, the practitioner, the person concerned and the price when it is public.
Under the card, a tick box authorises the clinic to process your information for this appointment, in accordance with law 18-07 on the protection of personal data. If you press "Confirm the appointment" without ticking it, the box turns red with the note "Tick this box to confirm your appointment.": nothing else changes, tick it and confirm.
The time is re-checked at the very moment you confirm. That is what guarantees an hour taken meanwhile by somebody else is never assigned to you twice.
Depending on the clinic's setting, the final screen shows "Appointment confirmed", or else "Appointment request" carrying the state "Awaiting confirmation". In the second case the clinic approves the request, and an email reaches you as soon as it is accepted. Three buttons close the journey: "View my appointments", "Book another appointment" and "Back to the clinic". That screen is covered in the appointment confirmation.
A message then appears at the top of the journey. It describes the state of the system or the rule at work, never a mistake on your side.

| "Your session has expired. Sign in again to book." | Sign in again, then resume the journey at the calendar. |
