What the people you see can see

01Their appointments, at every clinic they use

The person opens their space and finds their next appointment, their past visits and their cancellations, at every clinic they booked with this account. They filter by clinic, they filter by status, they sort newest or oldest, and the address keeps the view: coming back to it does not mean building it again.

The call that starts with "when was it again" has no reason to happen for someone who has an account. For someone booked at the counter or over the telephone there is no account, and the call stays.

02When they cancel it themselves

Inside the window you set, the person cancels from their space. The slot goes back to free and the notice reaches only the team members whose scope covers that practitioner. Nobody picked up a telephone.

Past that window the online cancellation is refused and they have to ring you. The window is your setting and not our rule: you move it, from zero to a hundred and sixty-eight hours, twenty-four by default.

An online cancellation counts on the person's own counter exactly like a missed visit. One exception: when it is you who changed your hours and flagged the appointment, they may step away whenever they like and it costs them nothing.

03One family, one account

An account adds its relatives: a child, a spouse, a parent, or another family member. Twenty at most, which is past any real household. At booking time the relative's name is picked from the list.

For the agenda a relative and the account holder are two different people: both can be seen at the same hour by two practitioners. One person cannot hold two appointments over the same minutes, at your clinic or at anyone else's.

04A document leaves only because someone decided it

A document reaches the person's space because a member of your clinic decided it, for that one document. No rule shares anything, no kind of document shares itself, and nothing that already exists is sent backwards.

The decision can be taken back. Withdrawing a share ends access on the person's next read, with no grace period. Both acts, handing over and withdrawing, are written into your clinic's journal with the name of whoever did them.

The person is told in the application, by a notification on their telephone, and by email. There is no text message. This is where the results telephone call stops, and you decide document by document whether it stops.

05What was prescribed stays readable to them

A prescription written in noresia waits for no decision to reach the person's space: it is the paper they walked out with. They find, at every clinic they use, the date, the kind of sheet, the practitioner, the clinic, and the lines with their posology.

There is no download, and that is deliberate: the signed copy stays the only instrument. What the space gives is the record, the one recited to a pharmacist or to a colleague asking what has already been prescribed.

06What this space is not

It is not a shared medical record. Your files, your notes and your documents are fenced by the database itself, clinic by clinic: no clinic reads another's. What crosses is the person's account, and it gathers only their own appointments, the documents each clinic handed them, and what was prescribed to them in noresia.

And with no account there is nothing to see. Someone booked at the counter or over the telephone has a file at your clinic and no account. The lever is yours: write down their email. The day they create an account with that verified email, their file joins that account by itself.
