Before you start
You need a free account, with an email address you verify in a few moments and a password, plus a phone number the clinic can reach you on. No bank card.
01Find your clinic
From the Find a clinic page, filter by city and then by specialty. Every page shows what the clinic offers, its team and its real opening hours.
Take the time to read the page : the services and address shown are declared by the clinic itself.
02Pick a time
The times shown come straight from the clinic's schedule : if a time appears, it is genuinely open at the moment you see it.
Choose the one that suits you : morning slots go first.
03Book
Sign in to your account, or create it right then with your email address, then check the summary and confirm. Your request goes to the clinic instantly.
04The confirmation
The clinic's team confirms your appointment and you are notified. If the time becomes impossible on the clinic's side, we tell you and offer you something else.
Your space keeps a record of all your appointments, past and upcoming : you can find them any time, free of charge.
If something comes up
Cancel as soon as you know you cannot come, from your space or by calling the clinic. The freed time goes to someone else, and your history stays clean.
