Noresia is committed to making its platform accessible to people with disabilities, in line with digital accessibility good practice.
We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance and build accessibility into our interfaces from the design stage.
The platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Improvements are underway and conformance progresses continuously.
Some pages or components may still show gaps, which we identify and fix as part of our updates.
We attend to colour contrast, keyboard navigation, labelling of interactive elements, screen-reader support and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
The interface is available in French, Arabic (with right-to-left support) and English.
If you encounter difficulty accessing content or a feature, you can report it to us via the platform's contact page.
We strive to respond within a reasonable time and, where appropriate, offer an alternative way to access the information or service.
