Is the listed price really what I'll pay?
+Yes. The displayed price covers the standard treatment described. No add-on is charged without your written agreement. If the diagnosis reveals an additional treatment, you receive a separate quote that you validate before we continue.
Will this treatment hurt?
+We use local anaesthesia tailored to each treatment and each patient. Comfort is a priority — if you feel anything uncomfortable, we stop immediately and adjust.
How many sessions does this treatment take?
+Most of the treatments listed here are completed in a single session. Duration and number of sessions are confirmed at the consultation and written in the treatment plan before we begin.
Can I eat and drink normally afterwards?
+It depends on the treatment. For consultation and scaling — yes, immediately. For whitening, you receive a written aftercare card listing foods to avoid for 48h. All post-treatment recommendations are written, never verbal-only.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the result?
+If the result doesn't match what was written in the validated plan, we redo the treatment at no extra cost. The written plan is our commitment — not a suggestion.
Can I come back for a follow-up?
+Yes — a follow-up check is included for most treatments listed here. The date is set at the end of the session and confirmed by WhatsApp. No commercial follow-up, just your appointment reminder.
